I had never heard of this until I started working at this grocery store. Once I tried it though, it was over! This salad is amazing!

Ingredients For cornbread salad

2cornbread
-
1green bell pepper, chopped

1onion, chopped
-
1tomato, chopped
-
1/2 lbcubed virginia ham
-
1/2 lbcubed, fresh american cheese

8 ozkraft ranch dressing
How To Make cornbread salad

1Crumble both loaves of cornbread onto a baking sheet and put in a 350 degree oven. Bake until it starts to toast.

2Add crumbled, toasted cornbread to a large mixing bowl. Add green pepper, tomato, onion, ham and cheese. Toss well.

3Add dressing and mix well until coated. Refrigerate 30 minutes to overnight for flavors to mix.
