Ingredients For coleslaw with caraway and raisins

  • 3/4 c
    sour cream
  • 2 Tbsp
    red wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp
    caraway seeds
  • kowher salt and black pepper
  • 1 sm
    head cabbage, cored and thinly sliced, about 6 cups
  • 2
    carrots, grated
  • 1 c
    golden raisins
  • 6
    green onions, thinly sliced

How To Make coleslaw with caraway and raisins

    In a large bowl, whisk together sour cream, vinegar, caraway seed, 1/2 t. salt and 1/4 t. pepper. Add the cabbage, green onions, carrots and raisins and toss to coat. Makes 4 servings.
