I used to always buy pre-made cole slaw for years, until I noticed they started selling pre-shredded cabbage and carrots. I've made my own ever since.

Ingredients For cole slaw

2 Tbspsugar

2 Tbspcider vinegar

2 tspblack pepper

1/2 tspsalt

1/4 tspdry mustard

1/4 tspcelery seeds

2 pkgcole slaw mix (i like the tri-colored), about 5 cups
How To Make cole slaw

1Whisk together ingredients for dressing in a non-metal bowl until sugar dissolves.

2Toss with slaw vegetables of choice.

3Refrigerate at least 4 hours, or better, overnight. Toss well before serving.
