3 1/2 smripe tomatoes

6 ozfresh mozzarella cheese

4 Tbspextra virgin coconut oil

1 tspbalsamic vinegar

Fourbasil leaves (fresh)

pinchsea salt and black pepper to taste
How To Make caprese salad

1Wash and slice the tomatoes into half moon slices

2Slice the mozzarella into cube pieces

3Arrange the tomatoes and cheese on a dish and sprinkle with basil

4wrap the dish and refridgerate for 30 mins

5Now to make the dressing: in a small mixing bowl whisk the salt, pepper, vinegar and coconut oil together until well blended then remove dish from fridge apply the dressing and serve enjoy
