Ingredients For broccolini, mushroom and sesame salad

  • 12 oz
    broccolini
  • 2 c
    button mushrooms, fresh, sliced
  • 2 Tbsp
    toasted sesame seeds
  • 1/4 tsp
    crushed red pepper
  • 1 clove
    garlic, minced
  • 1
    scallion, thinly sliced
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp
    apple cider vinegar
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp
    toasted sesame oil
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp
    soy sauce
  • salt and pepper, to taste

How To Make broccolini, mushroom and sesame salad

    Blanch broccolini until bright green, 2 minutes.

    Drain and transfer to a large bowl. Add all remaining ingredients.
