My daughter in law makes this alot in the summer. It is so good. I have asked her about 3 times now how to make this, so I put it on jap so I can look it up now.

Ingredients For bologna salad

1 lbdeli bologna (not sliced)

1/2 ccherry tomatos or tomatos cut in wedges

1/2 ccucumbers cut in small chunks

1/4 cslivered red onions

6eggs, hard boiled

1/2 coil
-
1/4 cred wine vinegar
-
1 tspsugar
-
3 Tbspmaggi seasoning
How To Make bologna salad

1make dressing by combining oil,vinagar,maggi,and sugar. whisk together and chill for later.

2cut bologna into 3/4 inch square pieces. or you can use bologna ring and cut into slices.

3cut cucumbers into small chunks

4cut onions into rings and then cut into 1 inch slivers.

5cut eggs into pieces

6put all into a medium bowl and mix

7add dressing, chill, and serve
