Ingredients For avocado & crabmeat salad

  • 1/2 lb
    medium size macaroni shells
  • 1 c
    fresh broccoli flowerets
  • 1/2 c
    radishes, sliced
  • 1-12oz can
    or fresh crabmeat
  • 2 lg
    avocados,peeled,pitted,diced
  • 1/4 c
    each sliced green onions,chop parsley
  • 1/2 c
    each red and yellow bell peppers in strips
  • 1/2 c
    vegetable oil
  • 1 Tbsp
    each of honey,lemon juice
  • 1/8 tsp
    pepper
  • 1 tsp
    season salt
  • 2 Tbsp
    dijon mustard
  • 1/4 tsp
    garlic powder with parsley

How To Make avocado & crabmeat salad

    Cook macaroni till done. Cook broccoli 4 minutes. Drain,combine drained shells,broccoli,radishes, crabmeat, avocados, onions,parsley,peppers, in a large salad bowl.

    In a small bowl blend remaining ingredients.Toss with salad serve immediately or chill.
