    vegetable oil
  • 1/3 c
    unseasoned rice vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp
    soy sauce
  • 2 tsp
    asian sesame oil
  • 2 Tbsp
    peanut butter
  • 3/4 tsp
    salt
  • 1 tsp
    sriracha
  • 1 Tbsp
    minced ginger
  • 1
    garlic clove
  • SLAW
  • 1 pkg
    prepared shredded coleslaw
  • 1/2 pkg
    shredded carrots
  • 1
    red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 c
    cooked and shelled edamame
  • 2
    scallions, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 c
    chopped cilantro
  • 1/2 c
    salted peanuts, chopped

How To Make asian slaw with ginger peanut dressing

    Make dressing by combining ingredients from honey to garlic clove in a food processor.

    Combine slaw ingredients in a large bowl, add dressing and toss well.
