A great dish for the holidays. It can be made a couple of days ahead and unmolded just before serving.

Ingredients For cranberry mold

  • 1 can
    (16 ounce) whole berry cranberry sauce
  • 1/2-1 c
    chopped walnuts
  • 2 pkg
    (3 ounce) raspberry or cranberry or strawberry jello
  • 1-1/2 c
    hot water for jello
  • 1 can
    (20 ounce) crushed pineapple, drained, reserve 1/3 cup juice
  • 1/3 c
    port wine or red grape juice or reserved juice

How To Make cranberry mold

  • 1
    Add boiling water to Jello and stir 2 minutes or until Jello completely dissolves. Stir cranberry sauce into Jello. Add pineapple and 1/3 cup juice or wine and the nuts.

    Pour into 5 cup mold coated with cooking spray, and refrigerate until firm enough to unmold, about 2 1/2 hours.
