Ingredients For cranberry holiday salad

  • 1 6 oz pkg
    raspberry jello
  • 1 c
    boiling water
  • 20 oz can
    crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1/2 c
    chopped walnuts
  • 8 oz pkg
    cream cheese, softened
  • 1 c
    sour cream
  • 1/4 c
    chopped walnuts
  • 1 16 oz can
    whole cranberry sauce

How To Make cranberry holiday salad

  • 1
    Combine jello and boiling water in a large bowl. Stir in cranberry sauce & break it up into the jello mixture. Add pineapple and 1/2 cup walnuts & mix well. Pour into a 9x13 pan and refrigerate until set.

    Beat together sour cream and cream cheese & spread over salad. Sprinkle with 1/4 cup walnuts. Chill until ready to serve.
