Ingredients For blueberry jello salad

  • 6 oz
    black cherry jello mix
  • 2 c
    fresh blueberries
  • 16 oz
    crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1/2 c
    sugar
  • 16 oz
    sour cream
  • 8 oz
    cream cheese, softened
  • 1 c
    toasted pecans, chopped

How To Make blueberry jello salad

    Prepare jello according to package instructions. Refrigerate at least 90 minutes, or until it starts to gel.

    Fold in blueberries and pineapple to mix. Pour mixture into 13x9 dish. Refrigerate overnight.

    In a mixer add sugar and cream cheese; beat. Add sour cream. Spread mixture evenly over the top of the cold jello mixture. Sprinkle pecans on top of the dish. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
