Ingredients For apricot salad

29 ozcan apricots, drained (reserve juice)

16 ozcan pineapple tidbits, drained (reserve juice)

2 pkgknox gelatin

1/2 cwater

12 ozorange juice

1/2 csugar

1/2 cpineapple juice

1/2 capricot juice
- TOPPING
-
1/2 cpineapple juice

1/2 capricot juice

1/2 csugar

2 Tbspcornstarch
-
1egg, beaten
-
2 Tbspbutter

1 cwhipped topping
How To Make apricot salad

1Soften Knox in water.

2Heat to dissolve.

3Add rest of ingredients. Pour into 2 quart dish. Chill completely.

4For Topping: Cook all ingredients, except whipped topping, over low heat until thick. Stirring constantly.

5Cool and add whipped topping and spread over chilled jello mixture.
