Ingredients For spinach shrimp salad with hot bacon dressing

  • 4
    slices cooked crumbled bacon
  • 1/2 c
    vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp
    sugar
  • 1/4 tsp
    dry mustard
  • 4 c
    bite size pieces spinach leaves (fresh not frozen)
  • 1 c
    sliced fresh mushrooms
  • 1 c
    crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/2 lb
    cooked medium shrimp

How To Make spinach shrimp salad with hot bacon dressing

    Cook bacon and crumble. In saucepan mix vinegar, sugar and dry mustard. Stir until sugar is dissolved and sauce is hot.

    Toss spinach, mushrooms, cheese and shrimp in a large bowl. Drizzle hot dressing over spinach mixture.

    Toss to coat. Serve immediately.
