Ingredients For spinach salad w/ hot cider vinegar dressing

  • 4 c
    fresh spinach , i like baby spinach
  • 2
    hard boiled eggs, chopped
  • 1/4 c
    apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 c
    oil
  • 1 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1 tsp
    pepper
  • 1/2 c
    croutons

How To Make spinach salad w/ hot cider vinegar dressing

    Cook bacon in pan , remove strips and add oil, vinegar, and spices. Bring to simmer.

    Place spinach in bowl. Add eggs, bacon and croutons.

    Pour HOT dressing over salad and serve immediately.
