1/2 cvegetable oil

1/4 csugar

2 Tbspvinegar

1 tspsalt

1/4 tsppepper

1 lghead iceburg lettuce, sliced

6 slicebacon, cooked, crumbled (i use more)

1/3 csliced almonds, toasted

1/4 csesame seeds
-
4green onions, sliced
-
3/4 cchow mein noodles
How To Make crunchy asian tossed salad

1In a jar with a tight-fitting lid, combine oil, sugar, vinegar, salt and pepper. Shake well. Chill at least an hour.

2Just before serving, combine the lettuce, bacon, almonds, sesame seeds and onions in a large bowl. Add dressing and toss.

3Top with chow mein noodles.
