I LOVE LOVE LOVE Caesar Salad! I'm very picky about the dressing and this recipe is really good. Enjoy!

Ingredients For caesar salad

1/2 colive or vegetable oil (i use avocado oil)

1/2 tspsalt

1/2 tspgarlic powder
-
1 tspanchovy paste
-
1/2 tspdry mustard
-
1-1/2 tspworcestershire sauce
-
1egg, coddled (or not, i'm not afraid of raw egg)

2 tsplemon juice
-
1/2 cshredded parmesan cheese (i use sargento)

garlic/cheese croutons
-
1head of romaine lettuce
How To Make caesar salad

1In a blender, add oil, salt, dry mustard, anchovy paste, egg and Worcestershire sauce. Mix thoroughly. If dressing is too thick, add more oil and a tad of water until it's to your liking.

2Thoroughly wash and dry romaine, tear into pieces and add dressing, shredded Parmesan and croutons. Mix well before serving.

3This is enough for two salads. Double dressing recipe for serving more than 2 people.
