My daughters really like this salad. I usually make it for family get togethers. This recipe originated at the Watergate Hotel, thus the name.

Ingredients For watergate salad

  • 1 can
    crushed pineapple
  • 1 c
    mini marshmallows
  • 1 c
    chopped pecans
  • 1 box
    instant pistachio pudding (small)
  • 8 oz
    whipped topping, thawed

How To Make watergate salad

    In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients together well. Chill before serving. If the salad is a little thick, it can be thinned with a bit of milk.
