Ingredients For velvet salad

1 pkglemon jello
-
1 cwater
-
3 ozcream cheese
-
8 ozminiature marshmallows

1small can crushed pineapple, drained

1 cwhipping cream, whipped or 2 cups cool whip or dream whip

2 pkgcherry or strawberry jello
-
2 cwater
How To Make velvet salad
-
1Combine first four ingredients in saucepan and dissolve over low heat. Let cool to room temp. Fold in pineapple and whipped cream. Pour into 9 x 13 pan and refrigerate until firm. Prepare red jello and 2 cups water per package directions. Refrigerate until cool and jello starts to get thick. Pour over first layer and refrigerate at least 3 hours or overnight.
