I Love Lemons!! I like using greek yogurt, but that is your choice. Very tasty.

Ingredients For lemon yogurt ambrosia

  • 2 cups small curd cottage cheese
  • 1 cup lemon yogurt
  • 1 small box lemon jello
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 2 cans (11 oz.) mandarin oranges, drained
  • 15 oz. can pineapple tidbits in juice, drained
  • 1 cup halved red grapes
  • 1 cup coconut, divided

How To Make lemon yogurt ambrosia

  • 1
    Stir cottage cheese and yogurt until blended. Sprinkle jello over mixture; stir until well mixed.

    Stir in marshmallows, oranges, pineapple, grapes, and 1/2 cup of coconut.

    Cover and chill up to 24 hours. To serve, stir ambrosia gently. Sprinkle with remaining coconut.
