I Love Lemons!! I like using greek yogurt, but that is your choice. Very tasty.

Ingredients For lemon yogurt ambrosia

2 cups small curd cottage cheese

1 cup lemon yogurt

1 small box lemon jello
-
2 cups mini marshmallows

2 cans (11 oz.) mandarin oranges, drained

15 oz. can pineapple tidbits in juice, drained

1 cup halved red grapes

1 cup coconut, divided
How To Make lemon yogurt ambrosia

1Stir cottage cheese and yogurt until blended. Sprinkle jello over mixture; stir until well mixed.

2Stir in marshmallows, oranges, pineapple, grapes, and 1/2 cup of coconut.

3Cover and chill up to 24 hours. To serve, stir ambrosia gently. Sprinkle with remaining coconut.
