Ingredients For fruit and veggie salad

  • 1
    apples, granny smith
  • 1
    carrot
  • 1/2
    cucumber
  • 1/2
    pear
  • handful
    raisins

How To Make fruit and veggie salad

    Wash all veggies and fruit in vinegar and water solution. Soak for 10 minutes and rinse.
  • 2
    Remove peelings from any non organic fruit or veggie.
  • 3
    Dice cucumber, carrot, pear and apple. Top with raisins.
  • 4
    Add more ingredients if you chose. I added 2 tbsp of raw peanut butter to this quick breakfast.
