1carrot

1/2cucumber

How To Make fruit and veggie salad

1Wash all veggies and fruit in vinegar and water solution. Soak for 10 minutes and rinse.

2Remove peelings from any non organic fruit or veggie.

3Dice cucumber, carrot, pear and apple. Top with raisins.

4Add more ingredients if you chose. I added 2 tbsp of raw peanut butter to this quick breakfast.
