Ingredients For frozen fruit medley

1 pkg(3 oz) cherry jello

1 cboiling water
-
1 can(8 3/4 oz) pineapple tidbits

1/4 clemon juice
-
1 pkg(envelope) dream whip

1/3 cmayonnaise
-
1banana, diced
-
1/2 cseeded grapes
-
1/4 cdiced cherries
-
1/2 cchopped nuts
-
dash of salt
How To Make frozen fruit medley

1Dissolve gelatin and salt in boiling water. Drain pineapple; add water to syrup to make 1/2 cup. Stir liquid and lemon juice into gelatin. Chill about 1 hour, 15 minutes until slightly thickened.

2Prepare whipped topping and mix with mayonnaise, fruits, and nuts. Blend into slightly thickened gelatin.

3Spoon into 8" x 14" loaf pan. Freeze until firm. To unmold; let stand at room temperature 30 minutes before slicing. Place each slice on individual plate garnished with a bed of lettuce.
