My mom discovered this recipe close to 40 yrs ago and it's still a family favorite. Perfect for Fall and Winter holidays. Kids love it as it's sweet but not too sweet! Also known as Pink Lady Salad. Best to let it sit out about 10 mins before slicing and serving.

Ingredients For frozen cranberry salad

18 oz pkg cream cheese, softened

2 Tbspmayonnaise

2 Tbspsugar

1 canwhole berry cranberry sauce

1 ccrushed pineapple, drained

1 cwhipping cream, whipped

1/2 cchopped pecans - optional
How To Make frozen cranberry salad

1Using electric mixer, combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, and sugar. Blend well. Add pineapple, cranberry sauce and nuts. Fold in whipped cream.

2Place in lightly greased casserole dish. Freeze several hours or overnight until firm. Let soften several minutes before cutting into serving pieces.
