1tear off leaves of lettuce, slice thin slices of fresh strawberries, scatter Omega Trek Mix w/ Omega Fortified Cranberries. (bought mine from TRADER JOE'S but can be found at many Stores offering the V symbol) (consists of walnuts, almonds, pecans, brazil nuts, sunflower seeds, & raisins).

2Use Italian Herb Dressing sparingly as this salad is packed with naturally delicious flavors. Full of energy packed nutrients. Enjoy yourself while not risking additional pounds.
