Ingredients For five fruit salad

  • 1 tbsp. grated orange rind
  • 1 cup fresh orange sections
  • 1 cup fresh blackberries
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and halved
  • 1 cup seedless green grapes, halved
  • 1 cup cubed fresh pear
  • 1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
  • 1/8 tsp. ground cloves
  • fresh mint sprigs, optional

How To Make five fruit salad

  • 1
    Mix first 8 ingredients in medium bowl; stir mixture well. Cover and chill at least 2 hours. Garnish with fresh mint sprigs if desired.Makes 8 servings. Source: unknown
