Ingredients For festive red slaw

4 cred cabbage, cut into 1-inch pieces

2 mdgolden delicious apples, cored and coarsely chopped

1/4 cred onion, finely chopped (or can use green onions)

1/4 csalad oil

1/4 crice vinegar

1 Tbspcoarse-grain mustard (or dijon)

1 tspsugar

1/2 tspsalt

1/4 tspcelery seed
-
1/4 tspfreshly ground black pepper
How To Make festive red slaw

1In a large bowl, combine the cabbage, apples and onion. Toss well.

2For dressing: In a small bowl, whisk together the oil, vinegar, mustard, sugar, salt, celery seeds, and black pepper. Add dressing to salad; toss to coat. Cover and chill at least 2 hours and up to 24 hours.
