  • 1/4 c
    grated parmesan cheese
  • 3 Tbsp
    light mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp
    cider vinegar
  • 1-1/2 tsp
    dried tarragon
  • 1/2 tsp
    pepper
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt
  • 10 c
    organic mixed greens
  • 1 lg
    sweet apple, washed, cubed
  • 1 c
    sliced radishes
  • 3/4 c
    chopped ham
  • 1/2 c
    chopped pecans

How To Make creamy ham salad w/ apple

    In lg bowl, whisk together yogurt, parmesan cheese, mayonnaise, vinegar, tarragon, pepper and salt.
