I think cranberries all year long, not just during the holidays. This is a cool salad sure to be a hit during the hot Summer months.

Ingredients For cranberry-grape salad

  • 1 lb
    raw cranberries
  • 1 1/2 c
    sugar
  • 1/2 lb
    small marshmallows
  • 1 lb
    purple grapes, seeded and quartered (we also like red grapes)
  • 1/2 pt
    whipped cream, whipped
  • 1 c
    chopped pecans

How To Make cranberry-grape salad

    Grind cranberries with blender or food processor. Cover with sugar.

    Add marshmallows and grapes. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Before serving, fold in whipped cream and nuts.
