Ingredients For carol's summer chicken salad

1 pkgcooked bacon
-
4cooked chicken breasts
-
4 Tbspwhite wine vinegar
-
2 Tbspbalsamic vinegar
-
1/3 colive oil, extra virgin
-
10 ozchopped baby spinach
-
2 cfresh chopped pineapple
-
1 bunchchopped green onions
-
1/2 ccoconut, flaked
-
1/2 cpineapple juice
-
2 Tbspsweet and spicy mustard
-
2 Tbspoyster sauce
-
1 Tbspcane sugar
How To Make carol's summer chicken salad

1Cook bacon until crisp.
Dain and crumble and set on paper towel. -
2Cook chicken breasts in pan till done. Season with salt and pepper.
Put 1 tbsp. oyster sauce over chicken and let simmer till done -
3Chop spinach, green onions and pineapple and put in bowl.

4Combine white wine vinegar, balsamic vinegar, oyster sauce, sweet and spicy mustard, olive oil, salt and pepper, cane sugar and pineapple juice in a jar and shake.

5Add coconut and toss salad ingrediants then pour over salad.
