Ingredients For cantaloup salad

  • 1 lg
    cantaloupe
  • 1
    glass white wine
  • pinch powdered ginger
  • 2 Tbsp
    tarragon vinegar
  • peprika to taste

How To Make cantaloup salad

  • 1
    peel the cantaloup and cut the flesh into small cubes. Put into a bowl, add ginger and a shake paprika. Mix the wine and vineger together and pour it over the cantaloup. refrigerate till cold then serve
