Ingredients For black bean and mandarin orange salad

    black beans- rinsed and drained
  • 1 can
    mandarin oranges- drained
  • 1
    red bell pepper- seeded and diced
  • 1/2
    red onion- diced
  • 1/4 c
    cilantro- chopped
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    olive oil or any oil you like
  • juice of 1 small lime
  • 2-3 dash
    salt

How To Make black bean and mandarin orange salad

  • 1
    Put all the ingredients in a medium-sized bowl. Toss gently to combine, being careful not to break up the orange segments. Keep in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
