    ground ginger
  • 1/3 c
    rice vinegar
  • 1/4 c
    orange juice
  • 1/4 c
    olive oil
  • 1 tsp
    sesame oil
  • 1
    1 oz pkg dry onion soup mix
  • 2 tsp
    sugar
  • 1 tsp
    minced garlic
  • 8 oz
    bow tie pasta
  • 1/2 c
    diced red onion
  • 1/2 c
    diced red bell pepper
  • 2
    roma tometoes, diced
  • 1
    carrot, shredded
  • 6 oz
    fresh baby spinach
  • 1
    11 oz can mandarin orange segments, drained
  • 2 c
    cooked, diced chicken breasts
  • 1/2 c
    toasted, sliced almonds

How To Make asian chicken pasta salad

    In bowl, whisk together ginger, vinegar, orange juice, olive oil, sesame oil, soup mix, sugar and garlic.

    Cook pasta as directed, drain, cool. In another bowl, toss together red bell pepper, onion, tomatoes, carrot, spinach, oranges, chicken and almonds.

    Add cold pasta to mix. Pour dressing over salad. Toss to coat.
