Ingredients For creamy blt chicken salad

  • 3 c
    cooked, chopped chicken breast
  • 5 slice
    bacon
  • 2
    celery stalks, chopped
  • 1 c
    chopped tomato
  • 3/4 c
    hellmans mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp
    chopped parsley
  • 2 Tbsp
    chopped green onion
  • 1 tsp
    lemon juice
  • 1 dash
    worcestershire sauce
  • 12
    lg romaine lettuce leaves
  • 1 lg
    advocado, peeled, pitted, sliced thin

How To Make creamy blt chicken salad

    Cook bacon in lg skillet over med-high heat until crisp. Drain on paper towels, crumble. In bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, parsley, green onion, lemon juice, worcestershire sauce, a pinch of salt and pepper.

    In another lg bowl, stir together chicken, tomatoes and bacon. Pour dressing over chicken mix. Toss to coat. Serve over lettuce leaves. Garnish w/ advocado slices.
