chicken salad with a twist
I'm fortunate my husband, Ron, is as adventurous as myself in eating the creative twists I add to simple dishes. We all have most basic ingredients available. So a change can be a little bit of this, and a little bit of that, which is how I came up with the savory sauce used in this salad. This can be used on other sandwiches, too. Enjoy, my friends!

Ingredients For chicken salad with a twist

2 croasted chicken pieces chopped (buy roasted chichen at the store)

2-3 stalkgreen onion chopped

1 stalkcelery diced small

1/4 smgreen bell pepper diced

1 cgrapes sliced in half

1 cplain yogurt (more or less)

1/4 cmayonnaise (more or less)

1 tspmustard

1 tsphorseradish sauce

1 tspcreamy peppercorn penzey's

1/2 tspsea salt

1 dashgarlic seasoning lawrey's
How To Make chicken salad with a twist

1Gently mix 1-6 ingredients!

2Mix rest of the ingredients and add to chicken mixture.

3Chill for a bit or eat immediately. Spread on your choice bread or crackers. Or, eat as a salad served with your favorite chips!
