    rotisserie chicken, ready made
  • 6 Tbsp
    hot sauce
  • 1 Tbsp
    honey
  • 1 stalk
    celery, chopped
  • 1
    carrot, chopped
  • 1/4 c
    blue cheese

How To Make buffalo chicken salad

  • 1
    Remove the skin and hand shred the warm chicken meat into a bowl. Add hot sauce and honey to the chicken shreds and stir together. Fold in the chopped celery, carrots and blue cheese. Stir together and serve warm as a dip with pita chips and bagel crisps, or on sandwiches as a spicy spread. Refrigerate any leftovers.
