1/4 cfresh lime juice

2 tspbrown sugar

2 tspfresh ginger, peeled and grated

1 tspsriracha sauce

1 lbsirloin steak, trimmed and sliced thin

3 cnapa cabbage, thinly sliced

1 smred onion, thinly sliced

1/2 ccarrots (matchstick size)

1/2 cfresh mint, chopped

1/4 cpeanuts (unsalted, dry roasted, finely chopped)

1/4 cfresh cilantro, chopped

1To make the dressing -- whisk together the lime juice, fish sauce, brown sugar, ginger and sriracha in a small bowl.

2Place the beef in a large bowl and drizzle with 1 tablespoon of the dressing; toss until coated evenly.

3Spray a nonstick spray on a grill pan or nonstick skillet and heat to medium-high. Add some of the beef slices on the grill pan and cook, turning occasionally, until browned and crispy along the edges, about 10 minutes. Repeat with remaining beef, transfer meat to a large plate.

4Layer the cabbage, onion, carrots and mint on a platter. Top with steak and sprinkle with cilantro and peanuts. Drizzle with remaining sauce.
