Ingredients For zingy potato salad

2 lbred potatoes, unpeeled and uncut

1 cmayonnaise

1/4 cvinaigrette salad dressing

2 Tbspdijon mustard
-
1 lgdill pickle, coarsely chopped

1/2 cthinly-sliced green onions
-
1/2 tspeach salt and pepper
How To Make zingy potato salad

1In a medium pan, cover whole potatoes with cold water. Bring to boil, reduce heat to simmer, and cook until tender, 15-20 minutes. Drain. Set aside to cool.

2In medium bowl, combine rest of ingredients. Stir. When potatoes are cool enough to handle, cut into large bite-sized pieces and place in serving bowl. Add dressing to potato mixture and stir well. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
