this has become a favorite with not only my family but with freinds of family. it is time consuming but well worth it.

Ingredients For roasted potato salad

2-3 lbdiced red skin potato's

1 ccooked and dice bacon, i use the real bacon in the jar to save time.

1-1 1/2 cmao any type, add or subtract to your own taste

1/2 cdiced onions
-
1 ccelery
-
1 pkgdry itlian dressing

1/2 coil, any kind
How To Make roasted potato salad

1dice up your potato's. cover them with the oil and spread on baking sheet. and bake under the broiler for 20 min, stiring half time. you want a nice toasted color. and cool.

2dice you onions and celery and bacon. set aside.

3when the potato's are cooled mix in the diced veggies, bacon and dry itlian and mao. stir untill just mixed.

4store in the frig. it taste the best same day. and better the next
