1 bagOre Ida frozen cubed hash browns

1/4 cmayonnaise

1/4 csour cream

2 Tbspdill pickle juice

1 Tbspyellow mustard

salt and pepper, to taste

2 stalkcelery, diced

1 smshallot, diced fine

2 smdill pickles, diced

2hard boiled eggs, diced
How To Make quick and easy hash brown potato salad

1Bring salted water to a boil. Add the potatoes and cook for 4-5 minutes. Drain thoroughly and add to a mixing bowl.

2Add mayo, sour cream, dill pickle juice, mustard, salt & pepper to a small bowl and mix well.

3Add celery, shallots, dill pickles, hard boiled eggs, salt and pepper to the potatoes. Add the dressing to the potatoes and mix well.

4Cover and store in refrigerator until ready to serve. Refrigerate remaining potato salad.
