Ingredients For mom's potato salad

  • 12
    yukon gold potatoes
  • 2 Tbsp
    red wine vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp
    sugar
  • 1 c
    celery diced small
  • 1/2 c
    onions (fine)
  • 2 tsp
    celery seed
  • 4
    hard boiled eggs
  • 1 jar
    regular mayonnaise
  • salt and pepper to taste

How To Make mom's potato salad

  • 1
    boil potatoes till they are fork tender (not too soft). Rinse under cold water to stop the cooking process. Peel off skins when they are cool enough to handle. Cut into chunks. Slice the eggs and add to the potatoes. In another bowl combine rest of ingredients and wisk till combined. Add to potatoes and eggs and combine well. Taste to see how much salt and pepper it needs.
