4 slicebacon

1/2 cyellow or white onion, chopped

1/2 cgreen pepper, chopped

1/4 cvinegar

1 tspsalt (or to taste)

1/4 tsppepper

1 tspsugar

1egg, beaten (raw)

2-3 lbpotatoes, hot, cooked, cubed - still hot

3eggs, hardboiled and chopped

1/4 cgrated carrot
How To Make pa dutch potato salad (hot)

1Dice bacon and fry. Add green pepper and onion, and cook 3 minutes.

2Add vinegar, sugar, salt, pepper, and a beaten egg. Stir and cook briefly.

3Add cubed potatoes, grated carrot and diced hard-boiled eggs. Gently fold together; serve hot.
