I found this in a cookbook for Pennsylvania Dutch cooking, but tweaked it a little bit to please my family.

Ingredients For old fashioned potato salad

4cubed, peeled potatoes

3hard boiled eggs, chopped

2celery ribs, thinly sliced

1/4 cchopped green onions

1/2 csour cream
-
1/2 cmayonnaise

2 Tbspvinegar
-
2 Tbspsugar

1 tspprepared mustard
-
1/2 tspsalt
-
1/4 tsppepper
How To Make old fashioned potato salad

1Place potatoes in a saucepan and cover with water. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and cook for 20-25 minutes or until tender; drain.

2Place in a large bowl; add eggs, celery and onions. In a small bowl, combine the remaining ingredients. Pour over potato mixture and toss to coat.

3Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
