Ingredients For mashed-potato salad

1 1/2 lbrusset potatoes

1/2 cmayonnaise

2green onions, sliced

1 Tbsppickle relish

4 tsppickle juice

4 tsphot-pepper sauce

How To Make mashed-potato salad

1Peel potatoes and cut them into 1 inch chunks. Place the potatoes and enough water to cover in a pot. Bring to boil over high heat. Cover and simmer 15 minutes or until potatoes are fork tender. Drain.

2In a large bowl, coarsely mash the potatoes. Stir in the remaining ingredients, adding salt to taste. Serve at room temperature.
