Since potato salad is one of my five top favorite foods and given the fact this came out of a Taste of Home magazine, I thought I should share it.

Ingredients For loaded potato salad

  • 5 lb
    red potatoes, boiled and peeled
  • 1 bottle
    real bacon bits
  • 8 oz
    shredded cheddar cheese or velveeta
  • 2 c
    hidden valley ranch dressing

How To Make loaded potato salad

  • 1
    Mix dressing, cheese, and bacon bits together. Add salt and pepper to taste. Fold in potatoes that have been cubed or cut into small pieces. Chill.
