I love this recipe. It tastes good, and it is easy to make. It is sweet, like Amish potato salad.

Blue Ribbon Recipe

Jan's easy sweet potato salad is a delicious alternative to a typical potato salad. The potatoes are cooked until tender so, they still have a nice bite. Chopped onions and celery add a zesty crunch to the potato salad. Tangy and creamy, the dressing tastes like it has sweet pickles, only there aren't any pickles. This side dish will be a hit at your summer cookouts.
