Potato salad is a must on a cookout menu and we really liked this twist. The addition of peas gives the side dish a slight sweetness. Ham and cheese make this a hearty potato salad. This could be a side or even a meal.

Ingredients For ham & cheese potato salad

8 mdYukon Gold potatoes, peeled and diced (about 3 lbs)

4hard boiled eggs peeled and diced

1 cEnglish peas, thawed

1 ccooked, diced ham

1 cshredded cheddar cheese

1 1/2 creal mayonnaise

1 tspMrs. Dash table blend

1/2 tspsalt

1/4 tsppepper
-
1/2 tspgarlic powder
How To Make ham & cheese potato salad

1Boil potatoes until just done (about 12 minutes). Be careful not to overcook.

2Drain potatoes. Cool potatoes completely and chill in the refrigerator for an hour or so.

3Add all ingredients to a bowl.

4Thoroughly mix all ingredients together and chill until ready to serve.
