When my daughter was in the Daisy Girl Scouts, all the mothers of all the troops (Daisy-junior) held a carry in. I was looking for a recipe that would feed a lot of people. My grandma gave me this recipe and told me that it was just what I needed. Boy, was she right! Everyone complimented me on this wonderful dish and many asked for the recipe. I came across this in my recipe box and it brought a smile to my face when I thought about grandma coming to the rescue. It is comforting to have "grandma" in my recipe box. I hope I can leave good cooking memories with my own grand daughter.

Ingredients For grandma sharon's baked potato salad

8-10potatoes-boiled & diced

1 lbvelvetta cheese-diced small

1/2 cchopped onions

1 chelmans mayonaise

salt & pepper to taste
