Ingredients For granddaughter's new potato salad

1 1/2 lbnew potatoes

1 ptmushrooms, fresh

1 ptcherry tomatoes
-
1 lgbell pepper, any color, we use yellow for color

1 bunchgreen onions
-
1 1/4 cshredded colby and cheddar cheese

2 Tbspolive oil
-
1 tsprosemary
-
1/2 cmiracle whip
-
1/2 csour cream
-
1 dashsalt and pepper to taste
How To Make granddaughter's new potato salad
-
1Take potatoes, Wash and quarter them in fours. Oil them with olive oil and Rosemary, lay them on cookies sheet and roast them at 375 degrees until tender. When cool add chopped mushrooms, Halved cherry tomatoes, chopped bell pepper and chopped green onions. Mix with sour cream and miracle whip. Add Cheese and stir in. Add salt and pepper to taste. let cool and serve.
