I adopted this recipe-but haven't made it yet-will change this when I do.
Ingredients For german potato salad (kartoffelsalat)

4potatoes

1 Tbspvinegar

2 tspmustard, spicy brown

1 Tbspvegetable oil

1/2 cchicken stock, light

1/2 tspcapers, drained and rinsed

1dill pickle, diced
-
1onion, minced
-
pinchsalt
-
pinchpepper
How To Make german potato salad (kartoffelsalat)

1Cook the potatoes in their jackets in lightly salted water; when the potatoes are cooked and cool enough to handle, peel and slice them, and drop them into a bowl.

2In a small bowl, whisk the remaining ingredients; taste, and adjust seasonings.

3Pour dressing over the potatoes, and marinate for 30 minutes before serving the salad.

4Serve warm or cold.

5NOTE: May use lemon juice in place of vinegar.
