Ingredients For easy potato salad for 1

  • 1 md
    boiled red potato. a little smaller than your palm
  • 1/2 Tbsp
    greek yogurt
  • 1/2 Tbsp
    ff cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tsp
    fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 tsp
    chives, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp
    garlic, minced (or less to suit your taste)
  • dash
    salt (smallest dash, please)
