my husband is from the Netherlands where they eat a lot of potatoes with various other veggies mashed into them. This variation of a cold potato salad is a very tasty alternative to traditional recipe for us Americans!

How To Make dutch potato salad

1this recipe is very basic and can be made to suit your own personal tastes. You can use shredded cabbage, or carrot, the possibilities are endless. I do not add salt to this, but you can if it suits you.

2peel and boil potatoes and drain, then mash.

3Stir in mayonnaise and added cut veggies and cubed ham.

4What's nice is you can eat this right away while it is still warm or chill it and eat it cold.
